My name is Jim King, but I was always known as Jimmy. I joined the military after high school and spent 24 years in the law enforcement field. I retired in 1991 and then spent 15 years as a detective with the Covington Police Department. n Daytona Beach, FL. I obtained a BPA in Criminal Justice, a Masters in Forensic Sciences and a Ph.D. in Criminology. I lived in San Diego for 14 years and was a part-time college instructor. I wrote a book called Providing Protective Services. I am now retired and live in Texas. I miss my times at Central and would like to hear from any old friends.
