James's Story
After 40+ years in engineering we moved to Virginia and re-started the antique furniture restoration business that I had allowed to go dorment. I've been married 52 years( to the same person), how she's put up with me I'll never understand. We have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Our youngest daughter just received a Phd from VCU. Our other daughter retired from Microsoft. We sing in a community chorus called the "Commonwealth chorale" and...Expand for more
in a churh choir. We live in the country and so can have a garden and an orchard. Some days it seems like they're there for the critters, but we get some good from all the work. Latest project is a series of stained glass windows for a church in Farmville. Just finished. #8, Saint Andrew. Have also started to play with 3D printing. After working with computers for 30 years I thought I had had enough but the programing bug has hit again.
