James's Story
Life
I lived in Chicago for 9 years. Graduated from culinary school in '97 and I worked as a Chef for a University in the Suburbs.
All that changed in the summer of 2001 when I moved to Atlanta. I worked as an Executive Chef for Georgia Tech. Having a great time in the sunshine of the south. I met my wife at GT and got married January '03. Kim, my wife, got a great job opportunity at Florida State so we moved to Tallahassee. I currently work for a food service francise named Sandellas. It's a flat bread concept that mostly goes into College and Universities. I cover seven states in the South, so I travel alot. As of yet we do not have any children, but all that will hopefully change. I rarely go back to LaPorte, once a year if that. I do miss Chicago, so I hope to go back and see a Cubs game.

aken class more serious. It took me awhile to get going in life, I guess that It was the same in High School, not sure what I was doing at the time. I did enjoy TV class, I wonder what ever happened to Mr. Arnold. But... If I did suceed a little more I would never have ended up in Culinary School and with my Degree in Culinary Arts, I love working with food. Perspectively I guess I'm doing great, the next thing would be to have kids.
Workplace
I became a Chef after graduating from Culinary School in 1997. I worked as an Executive Chef for Two Schools, Trinity International University (Deerfield Ill) and Georgia Tech (Atlanta). My wife transfered to FSU and I am now working for a Foodservice Franchise. I sell, install and train for the entire South (7 states). It's a small company that is moving as fast as possible. This could be good or bad.
