James's Story
Story huh,
For those that didn't know already my life after has been filled with ups and downs. I started out attempting to go to college but that was not in the cards for me. Running around was much more appealing. I joined the Air Force in 1993 and have been in every since. I did go back to school and finally an Associates degree a few years back. I'm up for retirement in 2013 so I'll need to get in gear to finish a Bachelors before it hit the workforce. Anyone got a lead on job openings!?!?!
On duty and in my spare time I get to do what I love and that is to travel.
So far my travel highlights are Kenya, Dubai, Doha, Bahrain, Rome, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Munich, Barcelona, Valencia Spain, Mallorca, Malta, Faro Portugal, Sardinia, London, Hong Kong, Cuba, Austria and Edmonton Canada.
Of course the lowlights are Iraq (Mosul, Kirkuk, Balad, Bagdaddy x 2) Afghan (Bagram, Kahdahar), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Korea x 3, New Mexico.

ill 2010 and we'll know soon if we get to extend till 2014. My sister and niece visted in May 2008, I'm very proud of them, they are the first people in family (not military) to ever get passports and travel to another continent, covers at least 3 generations. We treated them to Paris, Milan, Rome, Brussels and Barcelona during their stay.
If any of my classmates want to do a little traveling, my door is open. Room and board is covered, travel is on you of course. I'm close to everything Amsterdam, Switzerland and Paris are about 4 hour drives, London Spain and Italy flights are 2 hours or less. Check out Ryanair.com for low budget travel once in country, if booked early you could go to places like Berlin or London for $25 to $30.
