Life
Currently divorced (married 1987-1998) and not really looking for a replacement...my 3 children are the only true benefit from the marriage. 2 girls and a boy - all teenagers now, God help me!, know many classmates have already been there but... It took almost 9 years to complete an associates degree (work schedule got in the way most of the time.) Currently work at the local Coldwater radio station WTVB where I utilize my electonics education, writing ability and love of music. Unfortunately am also the one held responsible for FCC compliance for the mid Michigan stations (WTVB, WNWN, WNWN-AM (Portage)and WFAT (also Portage). Was once told by a dear old friend that I had "found a home" at the radio station... finally settled down after the years of semi-professional performance (band) and electronic contract work with area music stores. n I started at WTVB). Unforutnately do not get to play music as much as I would like, but daughter Jamie has started to learn the drums, son Aaron is learning the guitar, eldest daughter April is content to just sing... did manage to aquire a vintage Hammond M3 and have started rebuilding/reconditioning my keyboard collection from my performance days. Jamie is also learning to read music with the keyboards and seems to be excited about the instruments coming out of the garage. Am more concerned with the welfair of my children than with my own interests, but am enjoying the common ground of music and hope they develope a love of fine arts, seems so many of the next generation don't really seem to have time for that. For the most part am content with life, but sometimes think life would be easier if there were more hours in a day...and hope at this point that I am wise enough to slow down and truely enjoy the world around me.
