James's Story
I am living in Chicago with my wife Lucie and our baby girl, Anela Kai. I have been blessed to travel the world, live in exotic places, and enjoy things I never would have thought growing up in Roseville.
In a nutshell...After high school, I went to college, joined a band, dropped out of college, got married, got divorced, went back to college, moved to Cleveland, traveled through Europe, moved to Chicago, got remarried, moved to Hawaii (all moves were job related, by the way), moved back to Chicago (currently reside here), got a dog, sailed Greece, traveled to Germany, traveled to Austria, traveled to France, got my wife pregnant, traveled through London, traveled through Germany, traveled through Italy, and now ...Expand for more
the next chapter of my life. Being a dad.
I have taken my lumps and made plenty of mistakes in my life but overall, I have enjoyed my life to the fullest and have never felt cheated. I have had many indescribable opportunities and I have met so many people that I remain friends with throughout these years.
I am jubilated by being a father. Traveling the world and living in downtown Chicago has opened my eyes to the wonderful diversity life has to offer. One day, I know, I will probably settle back to California (only because I miss my friends and family back there), but for now...I am enjoying everything I have and do now.
