Hello classmates and friends. This is Jim's sister, Jennett (class of 78). I'm writing this to let everyone know (who had not already heard) that Jim passed away in April of 2013. I'm maintaining his classmates profile because I know Jim would want to let his friends know that he had always remembered and thought about all of you throughout the years. He just didn't always have computer access to keep the communication open. Despite his early passing, Jim led a full life. After high school, he started into the food service industry, working for various restaurants. Jim was a great cook and had always been interested in pursuing a career as a chef. He learned everything he could and, eventually, opened his own restaurant, which proved to be a great success! Along the way, he married and had one son and two grandchildren.
