April 2006- My oldest is now 26 and just married a wonderful girl. They honeymooned in Antigua. My middle son is now 23, Christopher Brandon, he is stationed at Fort Carson, Colo. and due to rotate to Iraq in Oct. (All prayers are welcome) and my youngest, Matthew, is 16. He was just chosen for the Boys State conference for his high school and will go in June. What a difference from my time in school. Unfortunatley we learn too late, but...Expand for more
we are all very proud of Matt, Chris and Tom. Well, Chris will deploy in 2wks. we will miss him, but also will continue to support him. Matthew is now Senior class President at his high school and has been accepted into the UC school system for college being that he is in the top 4% of his class. I hope everyone from school is doing well and that we have all learned some humility and humbleness.
Military
My husband was in Germany and we stayed for 2 years, now I have a son, 23, going to Bagdad for 1 year... Keep him in your thoughts he is a support unit (88m) and will be attached to 2-12 IN or 1st Cav. We are very proud of him for what he is willing to do.
