Jamie is from Chicago, Illinois.
His schools include Tilden Technical High School, played football,(quarterback) and wrestled.
College experience; Illinois Sate Univ. Eureka College, Univ. of South Carolina, Univ. of Maryland, Northern Ill Univ and Chicago State Univ.. Has a BA in Psychology-Sociology, MS is Special Education, Behavior Disorders and Learning Disabilities.

Milltary service; U.S. Air Force 1968-72. Viet Nam veteran; 1971-2, Flight Engineer crew member for air rescue and recovery of downed pilots..Decorated.
Divorced; after 18 yrs of marriage and four wonderful children ages; 27, 29, 30, 32.all college grads and doing well. Only one married child and no grandkids!!!
Presently living the good life in Glenview, Il.
Retired from 29 yrs of teaching, 2012.
Enjoys sports and is still quite active; playing racquetball, biking and golf.
