Jamie's Story
Life
In '01 I finished an M.S. in biology, then in '05 I completed a doctorate of physical therapy and started practicing in outpatient clinics and our local Intensive Care Unit. I also work part-time as a field biologist for the non-profit, Grand Canyon Trust. I married my husband, Mark, in '99, and we moved to Flagstaff in '00. I also lived in CO for 7 mo back in the mid-'90s. In '07 we started a small vacation rental business in Pagosa Springs, CO. Along w/ Mark, I spend my free time in the outdoors or traveling. ntense (rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking), but with less free time to devote to those things, I now spend more time backpacking, practicing yoga, or running. We love to combine volunteer work with travel, and have journeyed to places like Peru, continental Europe, Norway, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, the Carribean, much of the U.S. and more. I've been so fortunate--my goal is to give something back. Drop me a note, and if you're ever in northern AZ, stop by!
