Jan Ford:  

I'm a mother of two, grandmother of eight. I love God, my family and friends. I am currently involved with two business: I freelance writing proposals for architectural, engineering, construction, and maintenance firms; and, I am involved with an unbelievable Japanese water technology that I love. I also love martial arts. Was on my way working towards my black belt in Tai Kwon Do, but was hit head on by a lady on her cell phone, taking my lifelong dream from me forever. Oh well, life goes on to bigger and better things, and I'm grateful to still be here. I also love to write and cook. I am so excited to be living a new chapter in my life. Today, I get to be a powerful, free, and confident woman who is proud of everything I have accomplished and still accomplishing. A lot of people from school that I wish I had the opportunity to speak with after high school are no longer here and that is sad. I look at all the people I could have known back in high school, but I was so shy and had such a lack of confidence in myself.
