Jan's Story
St. Francis Xavier School was the school I attended for eight years, ultimately graduating in 1963. There are vivid memories from that time, even all these years later.
Sr. Matthew, who taught 7th and 8th grade, was my favorite teacher. She had a strong influence on my life, and regret that I was never able to tell her so.

s spent in education. (Surely, Sr. Matthew influenced my decision to teach!) I retired as the principal of an elementary school in the summer of 2007.
I still keep in touch with two classmates from St. Francis, Elyse Wollack and Dorothy Dearman. These friendships have lasted over forty years!
I have two children, a daughter and a son, of whom I am very proud.
