Life
I've been married since I was 19 years old (how lucky I was to find the right guy the first time), have three wonderful, grown-up sons and am pleasantly challenged in my work.
Have written outdoors columns for the local newspaper for 26 years (about hunting, fishing, environmental issues) and am currently lobbying for a weekly page of outdoors news. Was picketed in the town square by anti-hunters in the spring of 2002. They asked the newspaper to fire me, but the editors supported me so I'll keep on raking in that ultra-high newspaper pay.

en I was 55! I think I was the oldest p.e. major in the history of the world. I teach women's fitness classes (trying to keep my contemporaries from rusting-out and fading away before their time (me too!).
Get to go to really nice parts of the country and the world on hunting (mostly bowhunting) and fishing trips with my hubby and sons.
Live in a little house on a wonderful lake in the highlands of New Jersy where the fishing's great and life is not too fast. Hope to build a log cabin in central New York state before long.
Hope to hear from others who got their starts in that long-ago place on St. Charles Rock Road that doesn't exist anymore. Jan
