Life
Still high on life...a pair of wonderful kids, but 2 of a different kind. Had I known being a mother would have been so much fun, I'd have started years before and skipped all the traveling and moving around. I counted once...I'd moved over 20 times before I was 30. Besides enjoying life as a mom, I otherwise stay busy as vp of church women's group; school aid; Madison Heights pregnancy counciling center volunteer; and Macomb Family Services Senior Program - volunteer seamstress. I'v been given the world...time to pay back some appreciation for all God has blessed me with.

What was my biology teachers name? She was so great and we loved her, but ran the scams just the same. When some of us had skipped classes for the week, we told her it was because my father had beaten me something fierce and I had been in counceling all week..and if he found out...Expand for more
, I would only receive another beating. Gracious as she was, she didn't mark us absent and we were (so undeserving) of all her sympathy!
I told my father years later, but never had an opportunity to settle up with her.
Social services never did visit my house?
Workplace
Before the kids came, I worked as a district manager for different women's apparrel shops. Before that, while in Texas - I was managing a western store - quite different from a regular shop. We carried guns, brought our Staffordshire dogs (guard dogs) to work with us, served beer and wine to our customers and I learned to 2 step right there in the front of the store. It was a wild setting and one of the most adventurous places I'v ever worked. It's now called 'Wild Bills Western Wear' as Bill always was somewhat wild. He was an awesome mentor and I learned much from him and his wife. I named my daughter after her. I love them both.
