Jan's Story
After college, I worked at Lord and Taylor in Oak Brook and it was there that I met my husband. He was just out of the Army and in his first year of college. I had heard from a friend that he was standing up to a wedding and didn't have a date, so I asked him if I could be his date, and that's how it all started. We were married a year before he graduated, but he did go on to get his MBA a few years later. He is now mid-way through a second Masters degree, and employed as a Marketing V.P. for an international market research firm in Chicago.

ption, when our second was on his way, I quit work and focused on raising my kids for the next 16 years. I now work as the Business Office Administrative Assistant in the District Office of a neighboring school district.
I have four sons - a 6th grader, a High School Sophmore and two in college, and they are definitely the best things that ever happened to me.
I still stay in touch with, and see, my four best friends from Kelly (all of whom you see in my pictures) and every once in a while we reminisce about our Kelly days. That can turn into a late night laughing at how absolutely geeky we were, the stupid things that we did, and the things that we regret not doing, but most of all its great memories and a lot of laughs.
