Jan's Story
After leaving Ontario High School, I attended BYU for two years before meeting my husband, Dan White. He's from Texas, so we decided to settle in between Oregon and Texas, so here we are in Utah! We have been married for 35 years and have three children: Janan is married to an electrical engineer and she has four children, Ashlyn, Britton, Treyson, & Brielle; Chas is married and has two children, Kaden & Seneca; and Whitney is married and has one son, Parker (can't imagine who he was named after) and a baby girl, Maelie, due May 8, 2008. t and have been there for 17 years. I LOVE being a grandma and enjoy having the grandkids around. Life is good!
My hobbies include: making wedding cakes; building shelves, bookcases, beds, etc. (my husband works for a lumber yard and gives me tools for birthdays, Christmas, etc.--which I love), decorating, sewing, hand work (crocheting and knitting), gardening, volunteering in the costume shop at a local theater, etc.; playing the piano; laying tile & hardwood floors; helping my kids finish their basements; etc.
I love to keep busy, so I always have something going. Hope everyone from OHS is doing great!
