Jan's Story

Jan's schools include Hemet High School. Attended Mt San Jacinto College then Transferred to BYU where I earned my B.S. Degree and my teaching credential. Married for 42 years with 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters, all living in Hemet. I am completing my 40th year of officiating high schoolt football and basketball ( 15 years doing college). chool bus, been in the U.S. Army and I have served on 6 different boards. This will be my 38th year being involved with the Ramona Pageant. Retired from the Automobile Club after 33 years, then went to work as a Tournament Coordinator for Valley Wide Parks and Recreation. In May of 2015, I will retire with my wife at our 2nd home in Lake Havasu City Arizona.

Very proud of our Hemet High Freshman Girls Basketball Team that won our own tournament over the weekend in 4 games. We are currently 5-0 for the season. Great group of young ladies who practice extremely hard every day.

We are so proud of our granddaughter Parker Sullivan who is in first grade. She received an achievement award for her reading and spelling at Little Lake Elementary School yesterday. 😊
