Jana's Story
What's up?? I hope you are all doing well. Life's been crazy and fun since Awalt....a quick recap..I lived in Mammoth Lakes, Ca. in my 20s teaching kids skiing ..good times. Then moved back to Santa Cruz which has always been my base camp. I met and married a wonderful guy named George Kern. We had an amazing son who is 23 now and just graduated from Northeastern University, Boston. We had a fabulous lif...Expand for more
e together living in Asia for 6 years and Guadalajara,Mexico. Sadly we lost George to cancer 7 years ago. I now live in Reno, NV. just one mile from my sister Marikay. We hang out, ski and talk almost everyday. I still ski a lot, last winter I skied 42 days at Mt. Rose ..not a great winter but so fun! I hope we have a reunion next year..wow 40 years..Marikay and I will be there for sure! Take care, Jana
