I always wanted to be a professional dancer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a feasible, but improbable idea. As it turns out, they were right on the money. The wildest thing I ever did in school was, with Wendy Guitterez, moon the entire windowed side of CFHS from the parking lot.  Why?  Because I could??? If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have complete autonomy and creativity, set my own hours outside of any given meetings, and work by the project, rather than the hour to be able to capture my most productive times. The only exception is teaching, and I love the kids, the environment, and enlightening little minds with the right stuff. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel nothing and add on a wetland and a lake. My dream home would be on a boat and sailing anywhere I'm inclined to go for the adventure of it all. As a parent I've learned about selflessness,humility, complete and utter joy, and the fact that life happens in the most discrete and precious moments.
