Jane's Story
I live in a Detroit suburb, Harper Woods, just celebrated my 8 year wedding anniversary with my husband Jeff and have a 22-month old son, Charlie -- truly, the coolest person I know. Since graduating from State with a degree in journalism, I have worked in a variety of media and public relations jobs, but have really found my niche at a technology PR firm in Detroit. Since returning from maternity leave, I am now with the firm as a consultant, which allows me some scheduling freedoms while still enjoying the challenge of working in a really cool industry and with great people.

Jeff, Charlie and I spend a lot of time outdoors, and try to take lots of long weekends up north at my in-law's cottage on Higgins Lake throughout the year. My family is scattered throughout the country, but I am very close with my little sister, Biz, and her husband and children, who live in Paw Paw. We make our way to the west side of the state a lot, still.
As much as I love my work and Charlie, Jeff and I are scheming to get away for our first vacation alone since having a baby, sometime soon. Anyone with a time share in Turks & Caicos, please advise. :)
