Jane's Story
Hello! Well, I finally sucumbed to the curiosity and went for the membership so I could see what everyone else is doing! :)
You may find this ironic, but I am a school teacher! I teach inner city students and love it. I've been teaching a special program for the last several years, which includes getting students to love writing. I can get 'em to do it! Imaging that. Perhaps it's because I sing to them all the time. I don't just sing to sing, but let's face it, at most of our ages (if your checking out what I'm doing), we know a lot of songs! There's pretty much a song for just about everything they try to throw at me. I do take creative freedom and change the words to suit my ne...Expand for more
eds, for instance the old favorite "We will rock you" turns into "We will write it", and so on.
I have an 11 year old son, named Oliver. He is sooooo cool! He seems to get along with anyone and everyone, imagine that. He must have gotten it from his father, right?
Divorced. Which if any of you have been there and done it know it's not a lot of fun, but life is short so carpe diem!
I still keep in touch with Jana, Tammy, Pam, Bonnie, and a few more. Every time I see someone from our class, or even close to our class, it brings joy! We had a good bunch of people from when we were in school.
