Jane's Story
Life
After graduation from ECU in '78, I went and studied voice in Vienna, Austria. After returning to the US, I moved to Cincinnati,OH where I performed with the Dayton Opera and Cincinnati Opera. During my 12 years in Cincnnati I was married and divorced. I moved to NYC in '91 to pursue my singing career. , and the New York Phil.I moved to Boulder, CO in '93 to attend CU Boulder for my Masters in Voice and Pedagogy. In 2003 I was in Who's Who of Women ofNorth America.Icurrently teach private voice in my home and I am the choir director at Lake Middle School in Denver,CO. My next big goal is to aquire my National Certification in teaching music and to begin working on my PhD in Education.
