Jane's Story
Life
The summer after graduation I worked as a counselor at a summer camp. That fall I started working at a day care center.A year after I graduated I went in the Air Force, going into the field of Avionics. At tech. school at Keesler AFB, MS I met my husband Bill St. George. We married October 13th, 1978. In May 1980, while stationed at Offutt AFB,NE we had our son, Carl. fore my son was born. We moved to Eielson AFB, Alaska in the fall of 1980. I went to work at the daycare on base for a year and then started to work as a sales clerk at Radio Shack in Fairbanks, 20 miles from the base. I worked for them for 10 years. My husband got out of the Air Force in 1983 and we moved into Fairbanks and bought a house. I've taken some college courses and hope to take some more this fall.
