I lost my sweet husband Ronnie on Feb 9, 2021. It is the hardest thing I have ever had to go through. God needed him more than I did. We were married 48 years and together 49. I feel like a piece of me is gone and in reality it is...
Everything else is about the same except my children are 39, 38 and 33. The grandsons are 17, 14, 13, 12, 7 and 5.
Ronnie and I got to make a few more trips before his health got worse and I will cherish all the memories we made with our travels through the years. The only trip we didn't get to make that he wanted to do bad was Alaska. We had a cruise booked but thanks to Covid it was canceled 3 weeks before we sailed... We were planning to just travel there ourselves when everything opened back up....

in Lumberton now although we have lived many places because of my husbands work. We have three children, Carrie Janelle 36, Ronald Wayne 35 and Meagan Rachelle 31 We have six grandsons, Ethan 14, Troy 11, Cade 11, Karson 10, Evan 4 and Weston 3. I adore my grandsons and spoil them rotten but thats what God gave them to us for. I work from my home now in a business I co-own that is connected to the oil industry. I take care of all the accounting aspects of the business. (I have retired from this business and sold my part out). I also love to talk (which really gets on my husbands last nerve sometimes) which is completely different from what I was in high school when I was so shy I wouldn't speak to anyone. I am still best friends with Connie Gibson Andrepont. We love to travel and that is what we intend to start doing again as soon as my husband gets well from his bypass surgery.
