.After high school, I married and we moved to his home in North Carolina, where we still live. We lived in a small house until deciding to build one large enough to hold our growing family..We eventually had 4 children, a girl, and 3 boys. They were wonderful years. ake in my mother. That was in January of 2000, and then five months later, I lost my youngest son in a fire. As devastating as that was, and still is, we had the privilege of raising his only son, who has grown into a fine young man. My life has been very full, and satisfying, and we recently celebrated our 50th anniversary, given by our children and grandchildren. Now we are looking forward to travelling and enjoying the rest of our lives together.
