College
I spent a whopping one (yes, 1) year at Purdue. I definitely had too much fun there, but couldn't afford to keep at it. So I returned broke to the Centerville area to work full time at Lexis-Nexis (Mead Data Central at that time). I changed my major to Computer Science and took classes part time. The longer I worked at Lexis and delved deeper into the field, the more I realized that programming didn't do ...Expand for more
it for me either. So I never did finish a degree, even though I have more than enough credit for an Assoc. As pathetic as it sounds, I still haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up. But at least I know WHERE I want to be! I love my little island and can't imagine moving back to the States...or the cold. As for college, some day I may look into online classes or the local University of the Virgin Islands.
