After graduation from PCHS I attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth where I've been ever since. My parents moved from OKC to the Chicago area in 1972 and then to Fort Worth after my dad retired in 1979. I graduated with a degree in choral music education and did my student teaching but never hit the classroom again. I started in the TCU admissions office in August of '74 and spent 15 wonderful years, the last nine as Associate Dean, traveling the US and world recruiting students to attend TCU. I still get Christmas cards from kids I recruited who now have college age kids, some of whom have attended TCU. Was married from '86 to '94 and still friends with my ex who has lived overseas for the past 6 years. After "retiring" from TCU in '89 I became partners with a professional colleague to do consulting work with colleges and universities related to enrollment management, admissions and recruiting.
