Janet's Story
After moving from Virginia to California in my sophomore year of high school and graduating there...I went to school in Long Beach and got my AA degree in Interior Design...I also met my husband there...
I've been married for 21 years...to the same man;) (and I still Like him, too!)...we have two sons...my youngest is in the 8th grade and the oldest just graduated from High school and started college.
We currently live in Texas, where my family is from, but are up for a move 'anywhere" ....Expand for more
..Once my husband finishes his Architecture Degree and begins his second career...
I currently work as a Floral Designer for a grocery chain...Actually, my role is that of Floral Trainer for the 20 stores in my district...Fun but hectic!
I still keep in close touch with Jolu (Joie), Connie and Sandy from our "band geek" days...We try very hard to have atleast one "Girl's Getaway" every year...not an easy task, since I am the only one with kids over the age of 10...But I'm not complaining!
