College
I was accepted to Mount Holyoke College and received an degree in biochemistry. I then was accepted to medical school at Howard University. After graduating from medical school I entered a residency program in Obstetrics & Gynecology in New York City at Harlem Hosptial Center. After finishing my residency I was accepted to a fellowship program in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After finishing my fellowship I was recruited to Boston City Hospital to join their OB/GYN Department. Boston City Hospital, I was then recruited to the Beth Israel Hospital's OB/Gyn Department. While at the Beth Israel I received my Master's in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. I then left the Beth Israel and was recruited back to Harlem Hospital Center as Director of Perinatology. I spent eight years at Harlem and became Director of Women's Health Services (aka OB/GYN) at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn & Queens. From their I ended up at Lincoln Hospital as Chief of the OB Service.
