Janet's Story
I joined the United States Air Force after graduating. I went to Physician Assistant school while in and became an officer. I retired in 1992 after 20 years. I am currently a practicing Physician Assistant and live in Minnesota. I plan on fully retiring in the next few years and will probably move to Arkansas to spend my winters and summer in Alaska. I have been around the world and visited many places. I have a wonderful husband and two boys, one of which lives in Alaska. We have a fishing boat in Alaska so spend a few weeks every summer there. I get back to Troy a few times a year to visit my mother who still lives on the farm. I have had a great life since graduating high school.

ll work part time with the Guard and Reserve doing health assessments. We have spent summers in Alaska the last 10 years. My youngest is in the Air Force and living in San Antonio and expecting a boy in October. My oldest is living in Oklahoma with two daughters. We go south to visit at least once a year. We have a 45ft RV that we put to good use!
An addition to my profile: I lost my husband to a freak accident in April 2018. I have retired completely. My mother passed several years ago but my brother still lives on the farm. I'm hoping to get back to Troy in 2018-2019 for a visit.
Update: Moved to Biloxi, MS. I have a huge condo on the water. The views are to die for. My youngest is 2 hours away in Navarre, Fl. Oldest is back in Alaska.
