Life
1950 was not a great year for me. Attended 3 high schools and graduated from Smith High in Aurora. Worked as a long distance oper. in Downtown Denver. Married in 1951. Divorced in 1953. Re-married in 1954. Had Julie Ann in 1960. Divorced in 1966. Re-married in 1969. Bob and I moved to Naples, FL in '69. Bob's 3 kids lived in MD. and spent summers with us. Julie married in '78 and had two beautiful grandkids for us to spoil, Rick and Jami. They all live in FL. I was VP & Branch Mgr. for Nap...Expand for more
les Fed S&L 'till retirement and then we bought a condo in Denver. 6 mo here, 6 mo. there for 3 years. Not our cup of tea. Sold both condos and bought a condo in Lakewood. It's like coming home for me. Live only 6 blocks from old Lakewood High School. Bob took up painting upon retirement and has sold several paintings. I've talked him into doing minis for my dollhouse projects. Keep very busy with minis, genealogy and needlework. We visit FL whenever we can and have kids and grandkids here too.
