Janet's Story
Life
I 've lived in South Carolina almost since graduating high school. I came down here to attend college, and stayed! I'm married, no children, but SIX dogs and four cats! I hope to add some chickens and goats to the mix soon. (Grandpa had a farm in Logan county. You can take the girl out of the farm, but you can't take the farm out of the girl.) My husband is a car dealer. The car manufacturers offer great incentive trips, many of which we've been fortunate enough to win, so I've had wonderful...Expand for more

This past year, however, the president of North Greenville University asked me to join him and his wife on a trip to India where he was speaking at a graduation for an Indian seminary. We took several days to do some sight-seeing, and along the way, we visited several orphanages and leper colonies. (Yes, leperesy stills exits). This trip changed my life. I went back to India later that year, and am planning another trip with American Leperesy Missions later this year.
