The picture, above, is of me feeding our two steers on our ranch in Llano, Texas. We live in Spring, as my husband works in Houston in the energy industry; but we own a ranch out in the Hill Country. Willie and Waylon are VERY fond of high-energy cubes, and will happily stand for quite awhile and eat them from my hand. We have four grown children, two dogs (three, as of Wednesday; today we adopted a Shepherd mix from the Harris County SPCA and after she's spayed tomorrow she'll come home to us).
