Life
Here it is--35 years since we graduated. After college, I moved to New York, believing all the newspaper ads for employment agencies that promised "executive level positions, with opportunity for advancement." After working as a secretary for two years and not advancing, I enrolled in law school, attending classes at night and graduated in 1977. in leasing aircraft to airlines. The next time you're in the air, perhaps it's on a plane my company (Saab Aircraft Leasing) leased to the airline.
I've been married since 1980 to a wonderful man and have a 17 year old daughter who will leave for college in September. Preparing myself for that will not be easy, but Cassie, the yellow labrador retriever will help by always being at the door to greet me.
