Life
I've been married for 23 years to Kurt. We moved home to Klamath, CA from Salem, OR to take care of my parents. That was why I wasn't able to make it to the reunion that I have waited so long for. My oldest son Roy builds elevators in San Francisco and now has one son named Talon. My second son Rodney lives in Port Orford, OR and is the Skipper of crabbing and fishing boats. My third son Rex lives in Petaluma, CA with his wife and their son Riley, their daughter Taylor and second son Rowyn. I also have one adopted grandson named Tony and a great-grandson named Skye. hich are located on the rancheria where we live. We are also foster parents for native american children. Since coming home, I have been a participating member on our Tribal Council and various committees. On December 19, 2007, I was re-elected to the Tribal Business Council as Secretary. I am involved in my culture once again and overall am happy to be back where I grew up before my time in Lower Lake. In keeping with my tradition and culture, I had my lower chin tattooed with our Yurok Tribal Womans "Upoi". I feel very honored to have the same tattoo as my Great-Grandmother. My hope is to see all of you again, LETS BE SURE AND BE AT THE REUNION.......
