Janice's Story
Life
I love flying, boating and driving - anything with wheels or wings! I am fiercely protective of our 2nd Amendment and believe that an armed citizen is a safe citizen and I practice what I believe. I have 2 beautiful Borzoi - (Russian Wolfhounds). Love traveling in a 40 ft. motorhome with all the creature comforts - that's my idea of camping. I'm active in our community - city hall and find it's important and useful to be politically involved - working to make my community a better place for everyone...including pets! I find getting older liberating...easier to speak out and be listened to....experience goes a long way in getting things done! I'm "mostly" retired- though, I'm working a few days as a Psychotherapist and Forensic Counselor - I also now have my own practice - and find it challenging as well as a blessing to be able to help heal those hurting in so many ways. e staying close to those I love either by geography or by heart. I count my friends by length of time we've known each other...not by numbers. I'm fiercely loyal to this country and my freedoms and would do anything to protect and preserve this way of life for future American generations. I speak my mind and am articulate and well educated - enough to challenge anyone who I feel might be trying to impose an unfair or unjust word or action. My loyalty and devotion to others do not come easily, but once earned, are protected and defended for life. Responsibility and accountablility are important to me and of those I hold close. Setting and reaching goals has always been a part of my life, taking risks, without calculations, has not. I am thankful for much in my life and know that the road to happiness always leads to people NOT to things nor accomplishments. I strive to use those "things" and accomplishments to help those who choose to share their lives with me.
