Janice's Story

I'm not sure I really have a story to tell. I am a very quiet person, married with 9 children, 4 boys and 5 girls. My children range in age from 37 to 15. I had my youngest daughter when I was 43 years old. What a great blessing! I have 5 granddaughters and 5 grandsons who I love dearly. I am a born again Christian, who would do anything for the Lord, to bring Him glory, to lead others to Him. After high school I spent a few years working and attending college, but once I got married and had my first child, my goal in life became being the best mom I could be. My family was and is the most important thing in my life, aside from Christ. I will do my best to help anyone who needs help. Animals ...Expand for more
and trees are another passion that I have. I don't drink, don't do drugs, don't smoke. Might sound kind of boring to some, but it's who I have always been. I love to cook and to bake and I love making things, knitting, sewing, crafting. I enjoy working outdoors, gardening, planting, mowing, anything. I love to go hiking, and one of my favorite places to hike is up in the Mammoth Lakes area. I have two hybrid-wolves, 1 cockatiel 3 cats and 1 sweet bunny. I grew up with horses and one day hope to have the land to be able to have two or three. Life is too short to take things for granted or to put off doing things. It goes too fast. I want to follow my dreams, follow my heart and follow my Lord.

Missing my sister so much today...💔💔💔 Sometimes life just feels so hard...😞 I love you, Madeleine...so very much...❤️
Today, it's been 26 years since my Dad passed away. And I still miss him. I can't say that as a child or teenager he allowed us to know him very well. He was a very private man, taking his hurts and lifes pain with him when
In memory of my Dad...August 22, 2016
Twenty-four years have come and gone...
   Still seems like yesterday...
Can still hear your voice, still see your face...
Seems like you never went away.

This picture was taken almost 7 years ago...on my Mom's 80th birthday. Oh, Mom...what am I supposed to do now...who am I supposed to call when my world seems overwhelming or I feel sad or upset or happy...when all I wanted

In the early evening hours of a warm October day,
As we gathered all around you, you quietly slipped away.
We never thought you'd leave us...
Didn't think it was God's plan.
Thought you'd bounce back like you always did
