Janice's Story
Life
I am married (since August 1981) with two kids (19 and 16 years old). We own a home in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. I have two cats, Frankie and Oreo.
Hobbies include reading, crocheting, gardening, and exercising as much as possible (or as motivated as I can be). I like classes in yoga, pilates, water aerobics and waking on the treadmilll.
School
High school was a painful time in my life that I would never like to relive.

r taking Women's Literature from her and reading Gone with the Wind in the class. She was a great teacher and a great person.
College
I started college in September 1977 at Olivet Nazarene College (now University) in Kankakee, IL. I stayed there for 2-1/2 years, moved home, and finished my B.S. in Geology at the University of Illinois in 1983.
Workplace
I work full-time as a Geologist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Chicago), in the Water Division, Ground Water and Drinking Water Branch.
I have been with the EPA since March 1985.
