Janice's Story
When I graduated from Douglass I didnt want to stay in this city. So I signed up for a trade school that had acampus not far from Salt Lake City,Utah. I trained under the UAW and specialized in automatic transmittions. Then I transfered to a college in the south of Colorado. There I went into nursing. Baltimore with my daughter. My mom passed over in 1994. What may surprise many of my former class mates is that I went on after playing sports at Douglass High to be the captain of A softball team in Utah and Colorado that where the league champs every year I played. Now I just play for fun with my grand kids. And Mon.-Fri. I am the lead of ateam of people that produce Snapple and Glaceau vitamin waters.
