Right where I am, living here in my adopted state of Texas, keeping my husband happy in his recent retirement, with our dogs and cat. There's nowhere else on Earth I'd rather live.
I do miss some things about PA ...Expand for more
(lilacs in May, the woods in the fall, polka bands, Wise honey-BBQ chips...my family, of course), but that's what makes visits so special.
"Life doesn¿t always turn out the way you expect. What¿s been your biggest surprise?"
That I still miss those things after all this time.
