Jannine's Story
Life
I live in the area and would love to hear from anyone in the "TOP OF THE LIST" or anyone who knew me in High School especially the gang from Mr. Luca's Art Class. I am now married to a wonderful man. If anyone from the Class of 1963 for Everett High School is looking and wondering why I am listed in this community ...I have put my name in the profile for my dad...he is Robert J Mitchell so if any of you want to leave him a message you can leave it here and I will give it to him.
I'm a Research Associate in the field of Child Development and Human Relations." This is just what I do in my field?" "I have a continuing program of research, (what mother doesn't), in the laboratory and in the field, (normally I would have say indoors and out). I'm working for my Masters, (the whole darned family), and already have 2 credits, (one son and one daughter). Of course, the job is one of the most demanding in the humanities, (any mother care to disagree?) and I often work 14 hours a day, (24 is more like it). But the job is more challenging than most run-of-the-mill careers ...Expand for more

I am usually greeted by my lab assistant - age 15 out in the driveway. Inside I can
hear our new ... experimental model (a 4 yrs old Pre-schooler) in the child-development program, testing out her new vocal pattern. Motherhood.....What a glorious career! Especially when there's a title on the door.
School
The teacher that most inspired me was Mr Luca the art teacher. He always reinforced that no matter what other people thought of our work...it was our work and if we were satisfied with it then that was all that mattered...he also encouraged me to take chances with my work.
One the funniest times in my high school career I can remember is when Mr Luca's art class (with Mr Luca included) played a prank on the other art teacher and we stacked all of her student tables on top of each other...it was awsome...
Workplace
My years following my last job made me realize that I wanted to raise my children and not have someone else do my job. I have currently started my own business of photography.
