Jason's Story
It's been quite a while since I've seen any of you. I hope everyone is doing well and hope to see ya'll at a reunion (if I ever make it out of Kansas). I'm currently living in Wichita and I work at Cessna Aircraft as an Experimental Aircraft Mechanic. I've been working on aircraft since I joined the Air Force in 1994. I spent 4 years in the military and pretty much stayed here in Wichita since there's such a demand for mechanics in the aviation industry. I've had the opporunity to see different countries around the world and I'm still getting to travel the United States with my current job. It doesn't seem like 15 years has gone by since we've all graduted. I've lost touch with a lot of you, but still have some good memories to fall back on. Hope to hear or see ya'll soon. 26 June 2010 - It's been several years since I wrote the last story. Since then, I've met and married my soul mate Tinna, one month later I was laid off from my job at Cessna after the economy took a plunge, found a position at Executive Flight Services as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, Texas and I'm happy to be out of Kansas. I may have grown up in Amarillo, but this place feels like home. I've missed Texas so much and the wife doesn't ever want to leave. My oldest daughter Lacie is now 16 going on 20. She's really something. My son Jared is 14 and is over 6 feet tall. My youngest daughter Jessica is 12 and keeps me on my toes. All three of my kids live with their mothers, but I live everyday for them. Hope everyone is doing well. Miss ya'll.
