Jason's Story

Life I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1994. After graduation, I was immediately hired as a software engineer by GreyStone Technology. I moved to Dayton OH to work on a government contract at Wright Patterson AFB. A couple years later, I quit my job with GreyStone and moved to Cincinnati OH. There I was hired by a small computer game company called PyroTechnix. On August 6th 1998, I married Pam Ellis (she grew up in Dublin OH). We were married inside the Sydney Opera House in Australia. It was amazing! In the fall of 1998, PyroTechnix had its first game published. The game was "Return to Krondor," a role playing game for the PC. gineer at DreamWorks Interactive (DWI). I've met Steven Spielberg a couple of times, and Captin Dale Dye USMC (from "Saving Private Ryan"). Electronic Arts bought DWI in early 2000. As of November 2007, I have shipped several games in the "Medal Of Honor" franchise, plus the game "Golden Eye Rogue Agent". Pam and I have recently moved back to Columbus Ohio to be closer to family and friends, but I still work for Electronic Arts as a Technical Director. Vistors are always welcome. Send me an email! Workplace I'm a video game developer. At present (2007), I'm still working at Electronic Arts. I've shipped several games now, most of which have sold millions of copies each. It feels good to know that I'm entertaining so many people.
