Jason's Story
After graduation I join the Navy and went to boot camp in San Diego. Technical training also occured in San Diego. After training I selected my first duty station (the USS McKee AS-41) which took me around the world and to our job location in the middle east. After about 9 months in the sand we finished our trip around the world. Stopping in guam, hong kong, thialand and a few other places like Hawaii. When I returned to San Diego I received new orders taking me to the US nuclear strategic command; Omaha Nebraska. During my 3 year stay there, I met the woman that would later be my wife. or us to go to Stuttgart Germany.I had many duties in Germany, almost all classified (sorry). I was sent to build and configure desktop computers that were going to tie into the US military network. This work also sent me to live in bosnia. I stayed for a while in the olympic stadium. In '99 my father had a major aneurism on the left side of his brain taking from him the ability to speak read or walk. He was sent to seattle for treatment where I met him after getting a hasty hardship discharge. If not for that last event I would have retired this year as an E-7 I have 3 kids, 2 cats and 1 dog. and I live in a suburb of seattle named Bothell. If anyone is in the neighborhood stop by.
