Life
God is in the business of changing lives and He changed mine. Things have sure changed a bit since High School. After my mom died about 10 years ago God really got a hold of my life. Jodi and I got serious about our realationship with Him. We started going to church regularly and two years later joined the Youth Staff at the Evangelical Free Church of Eaton. Then it happened, while driving across Texas on our 2001 mission trip God spoke as never before. As I looked in the rear view mirror at a van full of sleeping High School students, and my beautiful wife in the passenger seat, I knew God wanted me to do this full time. t to move foward. I was building homes at that time and the business was doing quite well, which enabled me to intern at our church. After a 2 year internship I went full time. I am now in my 4th year as the Youth Pastor at the big church in Eaton... yep. Jodi and I have 3 awesome kids. Dawson who is 9, hopes to be a youth pastor and pro motocross racer... we'll see. Kyli is 12 loves volleyball and has recently discovered boys (I keep my gun handy), and Amanda one of our 16 year old Youth Group kids we have pretty much adopted and hope God will let us keep her. We love to spend time together as family, doing ministry, racing dirtbikes, or just hanging out watching movies. Wow... that all even sounds weird to me...
