Jay's Story
Life
After graduating Chaparral, I hapt-hazzardly attended UNLV, originally on a rather lame music scholarship. Quit. went back. Joined a fraternity(TKE). Had somewhere in the area of 4000-5000 different jobs during this period. Became an EMT, worked at UMC, liked it. Thought "Hey I could be a doctor", then like an idiot I went to medical school.....in Iowa. Did a surgical residency in Detroit,MI. Brief...Expand for more
stint as a Assitant Prof. of Surgery at MSU (for those that remember me I'm sure this is getting scary). Then attended The University of Penn. in Philly to do a Trauma/Critical Care Fellowship. I am currently with UNSOM, Dept. of Surgery, as a Trauma/Critical Care surgeon in Las Vegas and Director of UMC's Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). Never married, no kids(pretty sure), but am willing to learn.
