Jay's Story
My life after OHS, I dated Lisa Byers all through Junior High and High school, then we Married in 81 and I went into the Army for 10 yrs. we have 3 wonderful children, although the youngest is now 29, we have lived in New Jersey, Maryland, Kentucky then I went to Korea for a yr. then we went to Washington State, then the Army sent us to Germany for 3 yrs. then finally back to Fort Knox Kentucky. From there I got out of the army just after the Desert Storm started in the Beginning of the Gulf War. We went on to Washington State to Bremerton Washington just across the Puget Sound from Seattle, after 5yrs. we finally moved back to Utah, At first we lived in American Fork and I went to school at UVU, then we moved temp....Expand for more
to Spanish fork, before buying a home in Payson, our kids finished there schooling there in Payson except our youngest . We had moved again to Las Vegas chasing the Jobs. But finally ended up back her in Utah and have a home about 1/4 mile from the home I grew up in. and just up by the Orem Junior High school . Lisa and I have been Married now for 37 wonderful yrs. and have been together for 43 best friends and I wouldn't change a thing, I am now no longer able to work due to injuries while in the service so I am 100% Disabled Army Veteran. Lisa has been working with Costco for the Last 25 + yrs. starting in Washington, and was allowed to transfer to Utah and Las Vegas then back to the Orem store during our travels.
