Actually, I started working when I was 15 at a lumberyard in town. Bought my own new car cash before I was 15 1/2. I wanted that car so bad. It's been cars, trucks, boats, planes, and RV's ever since. My Dad always said if it has a motor you want it. He was right. Dad passed away last year. When I was 17, I graduated from High School a year early. I just wanted out. To me it was a waste of time. Believe it or not I had a 3.6 grade point avg. and didn't study too much. High School was easy for me. At 17, I went to work Full time at NASA / AMES as a Data Networking Dispatcher and it's been electronics ever since. Companies like SONY, AT & T, SBC, Cisco, SUN, Cabletron, Toshiba, Apple, Lockheed, Ford Aerospace, HP, Varian, Wells Fargo, IBM, FMC, SUN, PG&E and etc... If I didn't work for them directly I did something on there network. In later years I established a consulting company and did some network consulting and project management.
