Jay's Story

Life After HS I kept working the pizza industry. I attended Bartending College and became bar manager at TGIF for 2 years. I also DJ’d at nightclubs. 2 years later I had an offer to open a pizza store in WI. I moved to WI for what was supposed to be 6 months. After that I would move back to TX. The Store sold to a friend of mine. I stayed as Assistant manager. A year later I went for me Engineering Degree. I started working for technical contract companies. I’ve worked many industries including companies that make butter packing equipment, Automotive Diagnostic equipment, neon signs (designing the neon signs you see in bars), an Aerial lift Manufacturer (as engineering manager). ...Expand for more
I am currently the Sales Manager for a company that distributes Industrial Diesel Engines and generators. I meet my wife Richette while at the pizza place. She encouraged me to go back and get my degree, which would allow me more time to be with her. After Marriage we had 2 kids. Nicole, Melissa and Jon-Paul, are from her previous marriage, and Mikayla and Jamison are from ours. We have a house full of pets. I have been running my own DJ business successfully in the Milwaukee area for the last 9 years. Richette has Dj’d for me as well. She’s a musical wiz! I’ve been blessed to find such a wonderful wife. My family is very happy here. We do look forward to moving to FL someday.
