Jay's Story

Life Finally sold the Idaho place, retired, and moved to Hawaii in summer of 2012. Except for keeping the computers running I haven't touched anything electronic in five months. Nice change from 40+ years of design work. Now going to focus on raising Macadamia Nuts, getting lots of vitamin D, and keeping the pool clean! Soon to be a 24-year cancer survivor. Jay College Hard work. Hard Fun. But, way too little money and too little grades! money but too much to let go so he had to work to support the place. Well, like father, like son. Now, I've got about the exact situation with Mac nuts! If I were lucky to sell some at $1 an ounce, I'd make just over $0.67 per hour! But it's so much fun!!! This year I became President of our development's Home Owners Association. We're just over 2200 1-acre parcels and are about 35% improved. Every day is a new adventure. Add to that, I've been called out of retirement to help a younger engineering buddy back in Idaho develop control systems for Wake Boats. Thanks to Pinot Noir I seem to be able to handle it all!
